Hoyer horns are produced in the town of Markneukirchen, in the Vogtland region
of eastern Germany. This area is part of historic Saxony, which is famous for
developing and fostering the rich heritage of the horn.
The craftsmen in the
Hoyer factory draw on 250 years of brass instrument making tradition, while
pursuing their art in an eco-friendly,
State-of-the-art facility.
The Hoyer team has reproduced the world's most successful horn designs while
applying input from artists and musicians, but has re-engineered and improved
their acoustical properties to provide optimum performance.

became the American ideal.
